               Blurred Vision

Although I do not perceive the

whole truth when I am on my way,
this very lack of perfection is a sign
that I am still alive. My staying in motion
is what brings God's spirit to me.
the spirit is what brings life."

(from room 11 of Melk Abbey, AU)

Serenity Prayer

God, give me grace to accept with serenity
the things that cannot be changed,
Courage to change the things
which should be changed,
and the Wisdom to distinguish
the one from the other.
Living one day at a time,
Enjoying one moment at a time,
Accepting hardship as a pathway to peace,
Taking, as Jesus did,
This sinful world as it is,
Not as I would have it,
Trusting that You will make all things right,
If I surrender to Your will,
So that I may be reasonably happy in this life,
And supremely happy with You forever in the next. -- Amen

Terry flies model airplanes (flyingtigersofjordanlake.org) and consults on aerospace structural dynamics.

Millie sews, quilts, and clubs; and consults for our five daughters and fourteen grandchildren.

We attend St. Mary Magdelene's church, which is right down the street.  It's a good life!
